Shipping Policy
Pooja Fashion has partnered with reliable logistics providers to ensure that all our items reach you undamaged and in optimal condition. We are committed to using high-quality packaging materials, sourced from reputable suppliers, and thoroughly checking the package integrity of each item before it is shipped. Our delivery policy guarantees that your order will be delivered within a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 12 days.
Note: Rs.99 will be the shipping charge for all orders below Rs.699.
How does the delivery process work?
After your order has been processed by our system, your products are carefully reviewed to ensure they are in perfect condition. We then pack your items and hand them over to our reliable logistics partner once they have passed a comprehensive inspection and the final round of quality control.
Our logistics partner will then deliver the products to you as quickly as possible. If they are unable to deliver the goods to the specified delivery address or at the time you have requested, our logistics partner will contact you to resolve the issue.
Please note that all the items in your order, including any free gifts that may be included, will be sent to the shipping address provided when you placed your order, along with an invoice. While we strive to ship every item in your order at the same time, this may not always be possible.
How are the products packaged?
Each product is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, with additional bubble wrap used to protect delicate items like glass bottles. We then package the products in cardboard boxes. After packaging, our logistics partners receive the products and work to ensure they are delivered to the shipping address you provided. Pooja Fashion is responsible for any damage the product may sustain during transit to you.
What time of the day will my order be delivered?
When you place your order, you provide a shipping address, and our logistics partner will call you before delivering the items. Please ensure you are available to receive calls, as products are often returned to our warehouse after three (3) unsuccessful attempts to deliver them to the specified shipping address.
Delivery Information
If no one is available at the address when delivery is attempted, our logistics partner will make two (2) additional delivery attempts. Please note that you can contact our Customer Services hotline to reschedule the delivery date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, our logistics partner will return your package to us.

We regularly review our shipping and delivery policy to ensure it is accurate and up to date. Any future modifications to this policy will be updated on this page. We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. These changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Policy to stay informed of any updates.
